Miley Cyrus.

I've been noticing for a while that people have been really nasty towards Miley Cyrus over her teen choice awards performance where she "pole danced".  To be honest, it was ONE move and it was hardly offensive.

People need to realise as well that Miley is growing up and she's becoming a woman.  At that age, you're finding out who you are and you try new things.

She is not a slut just because she "pole danced" (notice pole danced is in quotation marks because it's not as bad as everyone makes out) and in fact it makes no-one sluts just because they pole dance as a profession.  I mean I have an interest in pole dancing and I'm not a slut.

Everybody is making a whole big thing about her being a Disney star... well guess what... people have lives outside of Disney and you can express yourself in anyway you want, you should be able to do that without people thinking "Oh, that person's a slut".  At the end of the day, you're your own person and you should have the freedom to do what you feel you want to do.

That's my rant for tonight!
